Opinions/suggestions for girl's name

I really need opinions/suggestions for a girl's name. I have gone through all kinds of lists but nothing has really grabbed me. I definitely don't want anything too popular/trendy. We have a 3-syllable Irish last name that begins with Mc, similar to McConnell, so we would want to avoid ethnic/exotic names, unless they were Irish/Gaelic. My son has a very classic name (Matthew) and my daughter is more non-traditional and feminine (Lacey).
We do not know if the baby is a boy or a girl. If it's a boy, the name would likely be Declan James or Declan Graham. We also toyed with Quinn but I am not sure if that is too feminine?
A couple of girls' names we have considered:
Claire -- this was suggested by my six year old daughter. Not sure if it's too boring but I do like it. Could always use it for a middle name too.
Marin (or possibly Maren? not sure which spelling is more prevalent). I heard this in a movie and thought it was cool. Not sure if it's too "out there"? Marin Elise is what came to mind.
I also love the idea of an Irish sounding girl's name since it fits with our heritage, but have not come across any that I just love. Please help with with comments or suggestions. Baby is due in early April.
Thanks.

I love Declan James or Declan Graham. ;) I think we had that one on the boy list with all three of our girls (ln McCormick LOL).
As for girl names, Claire is lovely, and while it's getting more popular (already very common as a mn) I wouldn't call it boring. You could also go with the Clare spelling for the county.
Marin/Maren is also nice, although I'd probably avoid another M or L name unless you absolutely loved it. There were 265 Marens born in 2005 and 251 Marins. The 2004 numbers are similar -- 255 Marens and 294 Marins -- so really I'd say go with whichever you prefer. You may also like Mairin/Maureen, Mairenn (rhymes with Lauren) or Maire/Moira.

Hi there. Congrats on #3!
I really love Declan for you. It's so handsome, simple, uncommon, Irish, & sounds great w/Matthew & Lacey.
I like Maren (definitly this spelling), but Claire seems awfully perfect. You really can't go wrong w/either.

Boys:
I am a big fan of the name Declan - great pick! I like Declan James the best. If you like Quinn, what about Quentin, nn Quinn. Quentin is a good match with Matthew and Lacey. But I think that Quinn Mc_________ is kind of hard to say, so I would stick with Declan.
Girls:
Claire - pretty and goes great with Lacey and Matthew. I like Clara more, but that is just me.
Marin/Maren - I like the Maren spelling the best. I do not think that Maren Elise is too out there at all.
I think my favorite girls name for you would be one that everyone has suggested - Fiona. Fiona is by far my favorite Irish girls name.
I also like Maeve, Molly, and Maggie.
Good luck!
Brooke
I really like Declan James for a boy!
Quinn is listed as an irish girl name, maybe use Quinn for a girl?

Well, let's start with boys first. As much as I love the name Declan, I don't think it fits well with Matthew and Lacey because Matthew is so classic. I think Graham, however, would work really well. You could use the nn Gray. Quinn is okay, but I think Quentin nn Quinn works really well too!
Now for girls, I LOVE Maren/Marin for you. It goes so well with Lacey. The only thing that would bother me is that you already have a child whose name begins with an M, but that's not a huge deal. Claire is really pretty too, I love that name. You could consider Clara.
As a combination of the 2, what about Carys "care-iss"?

I think Declan's a great fit with Matthew and Lacey.
If you like Quinn why not use it for a girl, I actually do like it better on a girl.
I think Claire is cute but I like Marin/Maren better. I don't think Marin is too out there. I think Marin Claire sounds nice.
