We don't know if this baby is a boy or girl yet but we already have two names picked out. We were wondering what you thought of them.

Boy:
Samuel Joaquin

Girl:
Isabel Marina (Marina is not set in stone yet, but it's the only middle name we like with Isabel so far)

We know they are both quite popular but we really don't care. Isabel has always been a favourite of ours and Samuel is the only boys name we love and we love it's meaning also 'Heard of God/Asked of God'

Thank you for your opinions :)

I really like them! I do prefer Isabella to Isabel, but either is nice! I like the nickname Isa!

I love Samuel. It is a great name. Joaquin, sounds fine with Samuel.

Isabel is a terrific name for a little girl or a grown woman. I am not sure I am crazy about Marina but it certainly flows well

My 7 year old son is Sam (Samuel). We've run into some, but there are more Bens, Connors and Ryans, at least in his age group. There are a lot of girls named Samantha who go by Sam, however.

I haven't run across that many Isabels in my 7 year old's travels, or in my 3 year old son's travels. We named the 3 year old Andrew, but big brother started calling him Andy right away, so that's what we call him. Lots of Andrews, but very few Andys!

I gave both boys my maiden name as their middle names.
