I do think Nathan and Peyton sound rhymey with the 'nay' and 'pay' beginning sounds plus the same ending.

I think they are a little close. But I know of a family with Hayden (boy) and Peyton (girl) and it works for them.

Other unisex names that you might like:

Nathan Drew, Maxwell Bozeman, Reese Hayden....

Jordan
Teagan
Brinley
Morgan
Cameron

Peyton is the unisex name that I like the most on a girl. Peyton/Nathan - yeah, they're kinda rhymey, I don't know

how about Skylar for a girl - I know 3 girls named Skylar and about 4-5 boys (all different ages starting up at 27 and working down to 4)

It might be too close, but your other kids don't match so maybe it's not a big deal since they aren't the only 2. Do you call Nathan Nate most of the time? That might have a bearing on it. I know a family with a Peyton and a Dalton and I've always thought it

The sound a little alike, but I don't think it would be a problem.

I think Nathan and Peyton (cute!) is less confusing than a family with all the same initials... THAT's confusing and too much!

I actually don't think they are similar at all. I love Peyton and I think it goes well with your other names.
