First, let me comment that your other children's names are wonderful complements of each other! Lucy Elizabeth will fit in perfectly except for one thing- I think she needs a more formal fn with nn Lucy. To me, that would be a better match to her siblings...not that you asked, LOL. There are some great options, though- Lucia, Louisa, Lucinda, Louise
For a little brother to Eleanor Katherine, Joseph Patrick, & Henry Thomas, I like for a first name-
Douglas, Oliver, Samuel, Phillip, Andrew, Timothy, Theodore, Nathaniel, Nicolas, Vincent, Victor
Some possible combos that I think sound good with others-
Douglas Oliver, Nicolas Andrew, Phillip Douglas, Vincent Matthew, Oliver Michael, Samuel John, Andrew David, Timothy Lucas, Nathaniel Erik, Oliver Daniel, Theodore Matthew, Victor Timothy
Also, since you and dh have agreed to Lucy, might you consider Lucas for a boy?
NN Luke is adorable- Lucas Charles, Lucas Oliver, Lucas Daniel, Lucas Timothy
or simply Luke- Luke Vincent, Luke Nathaniel, Luke Oliver, Luke Douglas
Let us know what you decide and good luck! Ginger
I love Lucy Elizabeth!
For a boy, what about:
Simon
Peter
Oliver
Edward (Ned?)
Edwin
Quentin
Erik
James
Philip
I really love Edward NN Ned for a boy with the others.
WDYT of Oliver? I'm not a big fan of it but I thought you might be..Are Ella and Ollie too similar?
Does it have to be NN compatible? Obviously not, as Lucy isn't too. How about Brandt, then? I've recently started to get "into" that one.
Lucas? Lucien?
I am trying to think of some of my favorites, since we seem to have similar tastes. Benjamin, Alexander, Bennett, Charles (NN Chaz!), Edmund (NN Ned works here too!), Gregory, John, Leonard, Arthur, Nathaniel, Phillip, Stephen, Timothy, William. If I could have my dream boy name, it would probably be Henry Francis or John Henry. My DH totally won't go for it, though, too bad.
Well, good luck to you! and Congratulations :o)
