Also, Avery (for a girl) seems a perfect fit with sister Emerson. They just have the same feel to me.

GIRLS:
Chelsea - this is nms.
Meredith - I like this
Rhiannon - this is OK
Alyssa - this is nms. Seems trendy.
Kerenza - this is nms.
Mallory - I like this.
Kira (long I) - I prefer this with a short I but both ways are pretty. Might be a little girly with Emerson.
Seren (like Kerryn) - This is interesting. Could grow on me. Sounds a little similar to Emerson though. What about Marin?
BOYS:
Gabriel - very nice - like nn Gabe
Gregory - OK
Caleb - nice
Ambrose - nice
Alistair - nice
Kennedy - nmsaa - have heard it on girls and just makes me think of the Kennedy family - since you have a unisex name for your dd - this might be confusing
Parker - OK
Sheldon - know a girl with this name, but it does sound more masc. it's nms. (see Kennedy)
My favorites are Meredith, Mallory, Kira, and Seren - Gabriel, Caleb, and Alistair. My least favorites are Kerenza and Kennedy.
I think Mallory goes particularly well with Emerson.
Good Luck!
Lots of great names!
GIRLS:
Chelsea -- I like it. Not my favorite, but it's pretty and I don't hear it often
Meredith -- my first name. I didn't like it as a child (hence using Annie) but now I love it. I use it most of the time now (my family and close friends still call me Annie) and get compliment on it quite frequently.
Rhiannon -- pretty
Alyssa -- eh, okay. It's not bad, just not my favorite.
Kerenza -- This looks made up. My least favorite.
Mallory -- I like it a lot. Like Chelsea, I don't hear it often.
Kira (long I) -- this seems trendy given the plethora of K---a names (Kayla, Keira, Kyla, etc)
Hello, Rachael. Here are my thoughts on your lists:
GIRLS:
Chelsea-Hm, I can't get into this one. It seems sort of unsubstantial for an adult.
Meredith-This is not my favourite, but it's perfectly nice.
Rhiannon-This is really neat, & I like it w/Emerson.
Alyssa-Pretty. This may be a tad too girly next to your dds' name, but it is nice.
Kerenza-Hm, that's too much.
Mallory-I like this a lot, & it works nicely w/Emerson.
Kira (long I)-I really perfer a short 'I' sound. This sounds schreechy.
Seren (like Kerryn)-That's nms.
Definitly Rhiannon or Mallory for you; great fits w/Emerson & lovely names.
BOYS:
Gabriel -Handsome. I don't think that I like it next to Emerson just because it sounds too soft to be a brother to her more unisex name, you know?
Gregory -I like this; it's refreshing.
Caleb-That's fine.
Ambrose-Ooh, that's sort of different.
Alistair-Very nice.
Kennedy-I personally prefer this for a boy, but most people will assume that Emerson & Kennedy are sisters.
Parker-Very nice.
Sheldon-I think this is just darling. I'm not sure that it's the best fit w/Emerson, but it's a great name.
Parker is maybe your best bet here, but I personally like Gabriel best.
Hope this helps!
I know you gave your first a three-syllable name, but I think you need a plainer first name with a hyphenated last nme.
