We are having baby #3. We have 2 boys already and have decided on the perfect boy name if we have another one. However, we're stuck on a girls name. I really like the name Quinlan for a girl and it goes very well with my childrens name but my husband isn't quite sold on it. Any suggestions??? My husband is Irish and we would love to keep in the Irish/Gaelic origin. Please do not sugggest Caitlin, Meagan or Erin as we have friends who have children with those names.

We are due in 10 days so PLEASE HELP!!!

the best Irish name around right now is Delaney. You're hearing it now and then, but it hasn't hit hot-button popuarity. I love it.

also there's Kelsey, Maureen, Colleen.

I was lurking and had to post. My father had a liking for Old Celtic names. My full name is Gwendolyn. Everyone calls me Wendy though. They also talked about naming me Gweneviere. I think he liked all the old world/kign arthur stuff. I also have sisters nemed Shannon and Allison.

Good Luck
