Please suggest some unisex names...

I have a friend who is newly pregnant. She and her DH don't want to know the gender of the baby, but want to start calling him/her by his/her name now, in utero. She is looking for some good unisex names, that can be for either a girl or a boy.
So... any ideas? I personally don't prefer these kinds of names, so don't keep a running list in my head. Here are some I thought of...
Kendall
Logan
Cameron
Avery
Emerson
Any other suggestions would be appreciated!

Ashley? I met an Ashley (male) once and warmed up to Ashley as a boy's name pretty quickly. Of course there are many female Ashleys.
Or how about Ashton?

If they just wait a couple months, they can find out the gender and use a real name, rather than forcing their child to be androgenous for his/her entire life.
