A question about birth announcements

We are settling into the name Margaret Elizabeth for our expected dd, but we plan on calling her Molly. We live away from most of our family and many of our close friends and plan on sending out birth announcements, but we're not sure if or how to express that the name she will be called is Molly. I was thinking something like,
"Ben and Alyson, along with big brother Will welcome Margaret Elizabeth into the family. Molly was born on XXXXday/month Xlbs. Xoz. , etc."
Would that be bizzare, confusing, etc? Any other ideas to throw out there?
DISCLAIMER: We're pretty set on this combo, so we're not really soliciting opinions on the name/nn combo, if you, say, feel that Molly isn't a nickname for Margaret, etc. I REALLY am not trying to be rude, but some people have pretty strong opinions about what nicknames are for what names, and while we know that Molly is not the most common nn for Margaret, it's the one we're planning on using (barring her birth and our subsequent decision that "she looks like she HAS TO BE a Greta" or soemthing like that, which I do not rule out.)
Anyway, I REALLY do want thoughts/ideas on the birth announcement dilemma, please! Thanks, Alyson

There is a cute baby announcement from the point of veiw of a pet. http://www.einvite.com/select/product_selection.asp?EnsembleCode=DG11BOOAENS&DeptID=Baby&SelectedSearchGroupId=1.1.2&Cobrand=9H798L&Site=eInvite
It looks like you could replace "the baby" with Margaret Elizabeth and in the next spot "but sometimes they call her..." put Molly in there.
What a lovely name :) HTH!
Here's another one from that site:
"MOLLY WILLIAMS
We are thrilled to announce the birth of Margaret Elizabeth Williams on May 19th, 2005
7lbs & 5 oz, 23 inches
Alyson and John aka Mom and Dad
and big brother Will"
YSWIM, something like that.
Jeez, I don't even remember if something similar has already been suggested :) Ignore me if it has!

Elizabeth -- It was a new idea to me.
Thank you all for so many great ideas -- now it will just be a matter of deciding what to use. I hadn't seen the einvites site before, either -- another place for good ideas! Thanks a million to all of you! Alyson
I have a Margaret also and we call her Meg. For the birth announcements, I wrote it as Margaret (Meg) Genevieve and there was no confusion. If I was telling someone her name, I just say "her name is Margaret but we call her, Meg". I say that simply because sometimes people assume her name is Megan when they hear me call her Meg.

I know youa re not looking for opinions on Margaret Elizabeth nn Molly but I think its an absolutely LOVELY name. And Molly is so sweet and spunky.
We have a similar situation with our DD, Julianna, who we call Annie. We only sent out a few handwritten birth announcements, and I put, "Announcing the birth of Julianna May (Annie)" on them. In the newspaper announcement, it said:
... announce the birth of their daughter, Julianna May. "Annie" was born on ...
I don't know if that's the best way, but that's what we did.
Hope that helps!
