Put Desperate Housewives out of your mind - or not- but I was thinking of naming a boy after my husband Robert and choosing a middle name that is either Scott or Sexton and calling him Rex. What do you think?

Rex is cute. I don't watch Desperate Housewives, but I have to admit that the name Rex brings to mind Rex Kwan Do from Napoleon Dynamite.

From Grantson, age 9-

"I think that Rex is another name that's good. When he grows up and gets in school, he'll probably be the only one in his class named Rex. But that doesn't matter. My name is Grantson. I'm one of three people in America named Grantson and Rex would probably be one of 10 people named Rex. He wouldn't have to worry about learning to write his name 2 million times in kindergarten because Rex is only a three-letter name. It uses some of the most easy letters to write in the alphabet. For a middle name, I think Scott would go perfectly fine. My middle name is after my dad and it's good to be named after a boy in your family than named after a girl."
