let me start by complementing your daughter's name - it's fantastic!

GIRLS
Augusta/ Agusta (NNs- Gussie, Gigi) - I like Augusta, nn Gigi - it's cute, but I like it more as a mn - I think that Augusta matches Clementine well
Tallulah - hmm...I think that this isn't the best fit with Iris. I do like the nn Lulu :)
Poppy - do you really want two flower names? I think a more subtle choice is Calla.
Scarlett - This is a great name, but is growing quickly in popularity. If you go with it you are ahead of the curve...but who knows about the next five years.

What about:
Alice, nn Allie/Ally
Felicity, nn Fliss
Beatrix, nn Bea
Margot/Margo
Maeve
Cora
Phoebe
Gemma, nn Gem
Annabel, nn Annie
Camille, nn Cami/Millie
Cecilia/Cecily
Geneva, nn Evie/Ginny/Eva

BOYS
Jasper - great choice. Maybe my fav on your list.
Xavier - I like X names, but I beaware that this name is number 87 on the SSA baby list. This may not be an issue in your area as this name is most common in hispanic communities. Xander is a good alternative. Elias, nn Eli is also nice.
Emmett - nms
Fenton - This name is a little harsh on my ears. I think that Griffin, nn Finn is softer. You might also like Beckett or Bennett.
Graham - Love this too! Jasper and Graham are a tie for my favs.

Hi there, & congrats on #2! Iris Clementine is *fantastic*. You did a really great job there. Here are my thoughts on your list for this new little one:

GIRLS
Augusta/ Agusta (NNs- Gussie, Gigi)-I like Augusta alright. Gussie sounds sort of odd; Gigi is sweet. Iris & Gigi are very nice.

Tallulah-Gorgeous. I really like this for you. I love the nn Lulu too w/Iris.

Poppy -This one is nms. It's a bit too cutsey. What about Penelope of Philippa nn Poppy?

Scarlett-That's pretty. It doesn't sparkle to me like the others do. I think it's because I'm getting so tired of hearing Charlotte these days, & this is similar.

BOYS
Jasper-This is nice. I love the nn Jass. It's a bit 's' heavy next to Iris, but that doesn't bother most normal people, LOL.

Xavier-I think that this is a cool enough name, but it is getting really popular.

Emmett-Darling. It's perfect w/Iris too.

Fenton-Hm, that's nms. Is it a family name? It doesn't do much for me.

Graham-I really like this. The nn Gray is very cool too.

A sibling to Iris Clementine (which is lovely, btw!) ...

GIRLS
Augusta/ Agusta (NNs- Gussie, Gigi) -- not my favorite, but it's not bad (I think the "August" names just feel quite masculine to me)
Tallulah -- I love this in general, although I personally prefer Talulla as far as simplicity, meaning and origin go. Of course, if you're going for a more natural theme Tallulah makes perfect sense with Iris. ;) Lula, Lulu and Tula also offer some adorable nn options.
Poppy -- too obviously matchy for me, although it'd work as a mn.
Scarlett -- love Scarlett, and it could definitely work with Iris.

I'd also suggest Matilda, Lorna, Eloise, Nora, Nola, Beatrix, Cecilia, Althea/Alethea, Opal, Ruby and Felicity.

BOYS
Jasper -- this is uncommon and spunky. Could definitely work.
Xavier -- a bit more common, and I don't like it as much with Iris.
Emmett -- love it.
Fenton -- not my favorite.
Graham -- love the name, but not quite as colorful as Iris, if that makes sense.

You might also like Dexter, Baxter, Fletcher, Dorian, Caspian, Holden, Walden, Heath, Hugh, Boyd, Emery, Ewan or Findlay/Finley.

Thanks for all of the feedback!
I think we are down to Tallulah or Scarlett for a girl, and Jasper, Everett, or Fenton for a boy...
Wondering about any connotations for Jasper? Creative?
Thanks!!!
