That would be unattractive even if it weren't a horribly misspelling. Why would you DO that?! And I'll bet the parents (or the poor little girl) get frustrated and/or offended every time someone tries to pronounce that alphabet vomit -- Sigh-hair-a? See-a-her-a? Blech.
Reminds me of one I saw recently -- Bryahnna. I'm guessing this is Briana, but that they wanted to use the double Ns and still ensure the "ah-na" rather than "ann-a" ending. But then if it's a phonetic spelling, that would also make the beginning "Bry" with a long I sound (like Ryan), so Bry-ah-na? Ick. Talk about going out of your way to make a name as unappealing as possible. LOL
