We need a name for Celia's sister. Last name starts with "A" and we don't like alliteration so no A names. We are considering the following Shakespearean names (Celia was a character in As You Like It:

Marina
Juliet
Viola

Is sticking with that theme too cutesy?

Others I like:

Eliza
Emilia
Elodie
Elinor
Gemma
Helena
India
Melina
Tessa

Any comments or suggestions?

Out of your list I LOVE Tessa - so Tessa gets my vote

I also like Emilia & Helena

Shakespearian is classic ^_^

Of your list, I like Marina best, followed by Juliet and Melina.

Good luck!

Unless Shakespeare means a lot to you, sticking to the theme does seems a bit odd.

Marina- Love this name, very pretty. I would probably avoid another name ending in "a" though
Juliet- LOVE it. My favourite.
Viola- I prefer Violet, seems softer and prettier
Eliza- cute, but not great with Celia
Emilia- nice
Elodie- cute
Elinor- prefer Eleanor spelling
Gemma- not with Celia
Helena- beautiful
India- not with Celia
Melina- not with Celia
Tessa- not with Celia

Since Celia ends in an "a" and your last name begins with an "a", I would avoid another name ending in "A". Juliet, Violet, and Eleanor are all great choices. I LOVE Juliet. Have you considered Charlotte, Adeline, or Bridget?
