I am having a hard time picking a girl name to go with my son's name, Conner Joseph. I would like to keep th Irish theme going, but I'm not set on it. The mn will be either Rose or Sarah (both family names). Here are a few of my faves:
Aubrey
Chloe
Susannah (dh's suggestion)
Natalie
Emily
Rosalee (incorporates two family mn's that have been passed on for generations)
Please give me any and all suggestions, I am very open!!!

Here goes...
From your picks:
Aubrey - ok - Aubrey Jane, Aubrey Rose
Chloe - Cute - Chloe Rose, Chloe Suzanne
Susannah

From your list, I really like Susannah and Chloe. Emily is too popular for me, especially since Emma is also at the top of the rankings, even though both are very pretty names.
I have lots of name ideas, but thought I would focus on passing on some of my favorite Irish/Gaelic names. Some are very Gaelic (I've tried to add pronunciation or Anglicized versions that you could use instead), some are quite popular right now and some probably don't sound right with Connor, but thought it might give you some ideas if you wanted to stay with an Irish style.
Áine (Anya)
Aisling (Ashlyn/Ashling)
Aoife (EE-fa)(Eva)
Niamh (NEEV or NEE-iv)(Neve)
Caoimhe (KEE-va)
Éireann/Eireann (Erin)
Gráinne (GRAWN-ya)(Grania)
Caitriona (Katrina)
Caitlín (KAHT-leen in Ireland, obviously typically KATE-lyn in US)
Ciara (KEE-ra) (Kiera)
MÁire (MOI-ra) (Moira)
Róisín (RO-sheen) from Róis (Rose)-- nice because it uses a family name
Saoirse (SEER-sha)
Also:
Maeve
Maura
Nora
Tallulah
Teagan
Bridget
Brianna
Alannah
Brenna
Piper
Deidre
Fiona
I really like Rory and Shea as well, but they may be too androgynous to go with a brother named Connor.
Good luck!
Aubrey- too masculine. Love Audrey though
Chloe- too matchy with Connor
Susannah - love it! Doesn't go that well stylistically, but love the name
Natalie- This works really well! It is my favourite with brother Connor
Emily- waaaay too popular
Rosalee - beautiful, love the family connection
My vote goes to Natalie Sarah (since Rose is so common as a mn).

I think that Natalie Rose is a lovely name. The names go very well together.
I also like Rosalee - very pretty - though I prefer the Rosalie spelling.
Lori-Ann
If you like Louisa, it can also have the nn Lucy.
Well, my Connor Patrick would have been named Delaney Rose. His little brother Reece Anthony was going to be Ainsley Kate.
From your list I like Natalie and Rosalee (Rosalie) best.
Of the names you have listed, I like Aubrey Rose and Susannah Rose best. :)
Some more ideas - some are Irish, some aren't(sorry for repeats):
Kyla Rose
Delaney Rose
Keira Rose
Keely Rose
Nola Rose
Brooke Rosalee
Fiona Rose
Aisling Rose
Nora Rose
Melissa
Mom to Scott Nicholas, Wyatt Christopher, and Phoebe Jane
