I've seen Estrella mentioned a few times lately (and the Dora association's not a bad thing ... she might like hearing her name on TV hehehe). I also had a Spanish friend named Teresa (not Ter-ee-sa, but pronounced more like Tuh-day-sah ... the Spanish R sound, sorry I don't know how else to spell it out more clearly LOL). I also think Serafina is the Spanish form of Seraphina ... really not even a different name, just a simpler spelling. You can also try looking at different name sites for names with a Spanish origin, since many let you search that way now. Here's a link to some from one such search:

How about Alessandra-spanish version of Alexandra-also a great name. My best friend had a foreign exchange student from Spain stay with her family while we were in highschool, her name was Alessandra and I thought it was such a pretty/exotic sounding name. Anyway, I have never forgotten that name, and it was many years ago. Other ideas:

Isabella
Gabriella
Maria
Louisa
Lucia
Mariana

I am not sure if these are considered "Spanish" but sound like they could work to meet your end, and are certainly very pretty. Best of luck.

I lived in Mexico when I was in high school as a foreign exchange student, and I really loved the names!! Some of my best friends were: Aidee (eye-day or eye-thay, depending on who was pronouncing it), Fabiola (Fabi for short), Anabel, Celeste (sell-est-ay), Lizette, and Gabriella.
