Star?

I really like the name Star for a little girl, but i don't know whether people will take her seriously when she is older, especially because we have (quite by default) a slightly hippy-like surname (nature name), but i really love this name (heard it on 'the lost boys' lol). Are there any names Star would be a good nickname for? Or could i use it as the middle name?
Angelia Star, or Katarina Star?
Angelia Star, or Katarina Star?

Here's some names
Starisha
Starlee
Starlene
Starlette
Starlyn
Starrlen
Its probally not what your looking for though...i think it would be a wonderful middle name too..And i also loved that movie...
Sarah mom to Alexis Syren and Ashlyn Lee
Star would be a great nickname for a number of names that mean star:
Astra, Danika, Dara, Estelle, Esther, Stella & Tara (means star in Sanskrit)
I like it as a middle name, especially paired with Katarina. (I love offbeat middle names!)
Congratulations!
Star is NMS, but I think it's cute as a nn. I like it best as a mn with either Angelia or Katarina. Then, you could call her Star, but she'd have more options as to what name to use when she got older. I know Star Jones is a lawyer and is now a TV celebrity, but I still see it as a lighter name that doesn't sound as professional as some others.
JMHO,
