I like Logan but since your friend named her daughter that I would go with something else. I think Hudson is ok, I don't love it but I think its a fine name.

I like Landon or Hudson. But I would probably choose another middle name, unless Avery is a family name. Hudson Avery seems very trendy and a bit unisex.


I know several girls named Emerson and Logan.

Harrison or Weston might be other options.

I agree with PPs - I'm seeing Emerson more on girls now than on boys and I agree with you about not wanting to use Logan when you know a girl with the same name.
