struggling with names

We're expecting our 3rd child and we decided to be surprised with the baby's gender-exciting but a little intimidating! We have a couple of names for girls that we really like, but can't seem to find any boys names that really grab us. Any suggestions would REALLY be helpful. We are trying to stay away from the "K" sound as a first letter. Just a coincidence with our first two.

Our daughter's name is Kerstin (Pronounced care-stin)
and our son in Connor

Girls
Meghenn (no mn yet)
Avery Nicole

Boys
Andrew nn Drew
Gavin (I love this name but dh is not sold on it)

If it is a boy, his middle name will be William after dh's father.

Thank you so much for your help!

I like both of your boy names, Andrew is DH's name and Gavin is a cousin. For girls, I prefer Megan (spelled traditionally or maybe Meghan if you want to get creative) over Avery, which seems kind of trendy. I'm not crazy about the spelling Meghenn - I tend to read it as "Meg-hen" which is not really attractive. I was just reading in a baby name book that people spell the name "Meaghan" trying to make it look more traditionally Irish but that that's an American creation and the original name is spelled "Megan" (a nickname for Margaret, I think).

What about Megan Avery? I prefer Avery as a MN.

Both Andrew William and Gavin William are great.

Congrats -
With Meghenn - how is this pronounced - just like Megan or is it with a long e - I would rethink the spelling because pronounciation is really note clear.
I like Avery with your kids names...
A couple others that might fit with Kerstin and Connor
Rory
Moira
Molly
Brianna

Andrew and Gavin are nice - Gavin fits better with your other children IMO
A couple others that might fit
Rory
Brenden
Ryan
Evan
Ethan

HTH - Good Luck!

Hi! congrats on baby #3 - we are also waiting to find out our baby's gender with #4 - kinda fun this time.
I like Megan Avery - ( prefer Avery as mn)

And I really like Gavin with your children's names. (my cousin's 2 father's are Steven and Gary, so she just named her baby Gavin)

I like Andrew, but I think the other goes better.

Some other suggestions:

McKenna - or MaKenna (my DD has this as a mn)
Molly
Maggie
Sheridan
Aislin (pn Ashlynn)
Bevan
Riley

Garrett
Ronan
Nathan
Riley
Calum (I like this even though it's a "C" name)
Ross
Braedon
Shane

BTW - I like your daughters pronunciation of her name - original!
Good luck

Thanks for your suggestions! I think that if we do go with the name Megan for a girl, we will definately use the tradtional spelling.

I also really like the names Ryan and Evan for a boy.

Thanks for your help!

Kerstin, Connor & ....

Girls
Meghenn - much, much prefer Meghan over Avery. (I don't like the other spelling.)

Andrew - I like Andrew, I don't like Drew though
Gavin - I love this name also.

Why not use William as a first with Liam as a nickname? I love Liam and Connor as brothers.

Other suggestions:

Patrick
Elliot
Declan
Shane
Owen
Graham
Keaton
Ronan
