This board comes highly recommended from a friend so I figured I would check it out ;)

Im at such a loss for names. DH (Brian) and I cannot agree on anything!!

We have one son John Patrick and are expecting our second son in January.

I REALLY wanted to name him Lucas (Luke for short) because I LOVE the name. DH vetoed it with everything he has... he just dislikes it so much...HUGE bummer!

We would like to use the middle name James (after DH's Grandfather) and our last name is Carman (there are alot of C names I like but they don't always sound good with our last name... like Cooper, Colin, Cullen...etc) And I would like to stay away from B names because of the initials BJ.

ANY IDEAS??? lol Man Im not giving much. DH really like traditional names (John, Mike, Joe...etc) and I would like something different.. and like alot of newer names.

I would love to see what you have in mind!

Thanks!

What about William James nn Will. I think John and Will make good brothers.

Other ideas:

Gregory James nn Greg or Rory
Vincent James nn Vin or Vince (or I prefer just Vincent)
Brody James
Ryan James
Preston James
Wesley James nn Wes (I think John and Wes make a nice sib. set)
Nathan James
Henry James

Good luck!

I really like Davis and have mentioned that one to DH in the past and he Vetoed it. I am gonna bring it up again. Davis James Carman sounds nice I think! He really likes the name Tanner James...and although I don't hate it, I don't love it either, I just wanted to come up with a few more contenders!

Thanks

I really like Isaac James Carman.

It sounds traditional and modern and flows nicely.

Brody is also cute! =)
