I am just thinking, i would like to name my child something natural, but from a different language. Boy or girl. Could add any that you know? I don't mean the sort of ones you get from baby name books, because those are mostly completely inaccurate. I mean actual vocabularly from other languages, modern or ancient, spanish, hebrew, arabic, russian, french, mayan, etc etc, english!
Thank you very much!

Let's see...

Mariposa (mar-ee-poh-sah) means "butterfly" in Spanish, and I love the sound of it.
Papillon (pap-ee-yon) means "butterfly" in French, and I knew a Papillon as a kid.

Other Spanish words that might work as names:
Arbol = tree
Cielo = sky/heaven
Sol = sun
Luna = Moon

I'll try to think of some more later.

Brook(e)
Rio (river in Spanish)
Persimmon (nn Percy)
Fleur (flower in French)
