Suggestions for names?
10

My husband and I can't agree on anything! We don't know for sure what we're having, but I really think it will be a boy. Our 20 mo. old son's name is Boston Layne. Names we kind of agree on are Ridge and Blaine for a boy and Sienna, Reese, and Kimball for a girl.

We like different or unusual names without being too weird! Please help!!

Thanks for the names. I like Drake, Pierce, and Griffin. My DH is always the one that makes things difficult and shoots all my suggestions down!

I like Ridge, but I don't care for Blaine (most people I know named that are kinda old)

I LOVE Sienna, however I'm obviously biased since I have a granddaughter named that

I'm not crazy for Reese or Kimball - Reese is too unisex, Kimball - I've never heard that as a first name for boy or girl, it sounds unisex and too much like a last name

what I do like for a girl is Kyndle - pronounced KIN-dle - as opposed to KEN-dle, which is unisex and more boy - I think the KIN sound puts a more feminine spin on it - the one I know is a twin to a boy Kyle, so her mom kind of made that up

I think you definitely should not do something for a boy that would sound like another place name, especially a city. I think that'd be weird

good luck

Thanks a lot. I agree on the place name thing! There will be no Dallas or Denver...

Blaine is one of my favorite names, but not sure if I would use it with Boston Layne. It seems a little too 'matchy'. Ridge is okay, but not really my style.

How about:

Quincy
Reid
Craig
Garrick
Gavin
Teague
Gannon
Elias
Cooper
Kieran

For girls, I like Sierra best of your choices. Kimball is interesting. Have you considered Kendall?

Other ideas:

Gemma
Summer
Calla
Tierney
Justine
Danica
Jordana
Giselle
Ellery
Shea
Raven
