Suggestions: too tom-boy, to girly?

My husband and I are excited about our first baby, a girl, due in April. We have a few names picked out but I still am looking and haven't narrowed it down to just one yet. The names we are thinking of are...
Casey Jean (CJ)
Kennedy Jean (KJ)
Ivy Anna
The middle names are family names. His family like Ivy Anna the most but the more I think of it the more it sounds like a weed and I dislike it. My husband likes Casey the most. I like it a lot too but don't want her to be confussed as a boy or made fun of. I want something original but not too original, if you know what I mean.
I really like "Z" names as well but the only Z name my husband likes is Zoey and it is popular around here.
Any other suggestions are welcomed!!

Casey Jean (CJ)- Honestly, hearing either Casey or CJ I would think of a boy. Way too masculine and a bit "hick" sounding.
Kennedy Jean (KJ)- Kennedy is okay, but still masculine, as is KJ. Also, KJ just seems like a weird nnfor either gender
Ivy Anna- LOVE Ivy. It is gorgeous and spunky. I wouldn't pair it with Anna though, because Ivy Anna is a bit too sing-songey. Ivy Jean is better (if Jean is a family name). Or maybe Ivy Charlotte, Ivy Miranda, Ivy Elizabeth, etc.

Well when I first saw that you thought Casey was too boyish (I personally know both genders with the name so its unisex to me) but I wanted to suggest Cassie (Cas-ee instead of Kay-see). It's similar to Casey but alot more feminine and I think it works well with the mn Jean. You could also use Cassidy or Cassandra and use Cassie or Casey even as a nn.

hope that helps!

Of the names you're considering, I think Ivy sounds the most feminine but not girly.
I do think that both Casey and Kennedy are a little unisex and/or tomboyish. Neither one is really my style. Ivy is cute- I wouldn't call it too girly either.
I did have a thought though- how about the name Caselda or Casilda? You could always use Casey as a nn, and then your daughter would have both a feminine given name, and then a cute, spunky nn! :-)
There is actually an author named Caselda:

and here is information on the origin of Casilda:

Best of luck!
I think Kennedy is adorable. And although it is a unisex name, all the ones I have known have been girls. KJ is such a great nickname, so different. Who cares if it is a little bit unisex? I have a dear girlfriend named Rhyan and she loves her name.
I agree that the middle name Jean is a bit country sounding, with almost any first name. Could you rearrange the letters and make it Jane instead? That would surely feminize (is that a word??!! lol) any unisex first name!
Kennedy Jane _____ ???
or maybe Kacee/Kacey/Kasey Jane ?
I loved one poster's suggestion of Cassidy. Lots of options there. I like Kassidy as well (I'm really liking the KJ idea!!)
Other great unisex names that I prefer for a girl...Campbell, Sterling, Camden, Hadley.
Good luck and let us know what you decide!!
