I think adopting a special needs child is awesome for you even to consider.

Danielle Brooke- I like Danielle a lot, and don't hear it as often anymore. It is really pretty and soft sounding. I know a Danielle who goes by the nn Dani, and another who goes by D. They are both in their teens.
Sierra Faith- Faith is nms, I don't really care for word names. Sierra is okay, but not really my style either. It has a trendy, unclassy feel to it.
Melody Sara- Melody is nmsaa, not really sure why other than that I dislike word names. It just doesn't seem like a name to me. Sara, on the other hand, is really sweet and spunky.
Abigail Bobbie- Really not a fan of Bobbie on a girl, doesn't sound pretty to me at all. Abigail is lovely, but sooooo popular. I'd avoid it.

Danielle Brooke is definitely the best choice, but if I could switch things around, Sara Danielle is also really nice.

Dakota Tyler- Dakota seems like a girl's name to me, I hear it more on girls so I find it feminine. Tyler is okay, but a bit boring. I would choose a mn with meaning
Mason Alex- Mason is too trendy and tired out now. Alex is a nn. Mason Alexander would be better, or even Alexander as a first name with the nn Anders, or Anderson nn Anders, or just plain Anders.
Theodore Clifford- now THIS is a great name! So classy and spunky. Both names are known, but neither are common, so they have a very distinguished feel. I love the nn Theo.
Hudson Melek- Hudson is nice, it has a strong feel. Melek seems made up to me. I prefer Malachi, Marek, or Marcus.

For mn's, do Brooke, Faith, Sara, Bobbie, Tyler, Alex, Clifford, or Melek have any meaning to you?? They seem like a bunch of random names, do you have a favourite or did you just stick names in there? I would find a name with meaning to you, maybe your maiden name, a family member's name, the place you were married, etc. and use that. That way, your son/daughter's name will be meaningful, not just something that sounds nice.

HTH,
-Nikki

I like Danielle for a girl and Theodore for a boy. Theodore could be Ted or Theo and is just a nice, classic name.

I forgot to add for Theodore Clifford that I like both names a lot, but both Theo and Cliff (Heathcliff) were 'Cosby Show' characters.

Out of your girl name list I like Sierra Faith best ... Out of your boy name list I like Mason Alex best (Mason Alexander does flow a little better than Mason Alex)
