If I were naming a girl after someone named Colton Lee, I might go with Nicole Leigh (b/c the emphasis is on the 'col' in Nicole, as it is on the 'Col' in Colton). Or maybe Cleo or Colleen for the first name, since they each combine some of the sounds and letters of both Colton and Lee; and then use any middle name that works with Cleo or Colleen.
Given your other girls' names, are you looking for a mn to make it more femine or a different variation of Colton? If you're looking for a mn, I think either Brooke or Paige would work. Or...since the first two girls' mn's are similar, you could make this one match more with Kennedy's: Colton Faith Colton Joy Colton Hope
I think Colton is a great choice for you. And not a president. ;) Another one I thought of for you, though not a boy's name, is Hawley.
I dont think a girl with the name colton would be bad either... I mean, they would expect her to be a boy, but her be a girl... its not an overly masculine name at all. You could call her coltie or colie, and I think its very cute. Colton on a girl would be cute.
The first thing that came to mind for me was either Colleen or Collette. Leigh or Leah (or even just Lee) would work, too.

Colby??? It is a push, but it has the col-
Ashton- has the -ton
Payton- has the -ton
All I can think of right now. . . sorry!!
Leslie
I agree with Collette or Colleen.
