So we have two boys...Chas(actually Charles after my hubby's grandpa, but never called that) and Oliver(my pick).

I think it fits very well. Some may call it feminine, but I really don't think it is--I think it sounds cultured, as do Charles and Oliver.

I don't think it's too feminine, although it is being used for girls and the "Ellie" names are becoming very popular.

I like the name of Quinn. I have always like the name and I think that it goes good with the other 2's names. You would have Chas, Oliver, and Quinn.

Ooo I LOVE your naming taste. Chas is one of my alltime faves and Oliver is adorable.I also LOVE Ellis. Really love it. I think it's perfect and don't find it feminine at all. It is spunky and uncommon. I also love Oscar, but too similar with brother Oliver, and August from your list.
