I think both would look up at the beginning sound BR-...but after that they do sound different. Both are very pretty but for me, i wouldnt use the names for siblings.
If you really like both names together for siblings, use them.

I think they're both pretty. My mom named my sister and me with the letter 'H', but our names don't really sound alike. She used to say my name if she wanted my sister and vice versa. It made for a confusing situation, but it was funny. It's up to you though, if that's what you really want to do, go for it! :O)
Word of advice: Close names come at a cost
Over the years, I watched my friends...Ron & Rena name their four kids with "R" names...and over the years they stumbled and stammered. What they thought was cute in the begining having the "R" sounding names in the family...ends up being a stuttering session during cook outs, camping trips, family gatherings, etc. How many times have we witnessed the famous roll call when calling one child "Reggie, Ryan, Rhonda, RachRRrrrRRRrr come here please!" That was what I saw...and they did too. I think names that rhyme are better than same letter names...like Gwen & Lyn or anything that is easier in the everyday normal moments when addressing the child. I noticed the "R" family kids did not appreciate the parents always confusing their names. It was as if they weren't seen as individuals.
I think they're way too close. which one do you already have?
other possible Bs: Belinda, Brittney, Brooke, Bethany (although nn Beth just to plain, common), Bridget, Brigitta, Brielle (Brielle too close to Brianne, would be OK with Brynne).
good luck
