"translated" names-help!!

Does anyone know of a website tells the "translation" of a name in to another language. For example, Miguel is Michael or Ian is Steven. Thanks!

www.thinkbabynames.com has pretty extensive lists (although I'd get a second opinion on some of the meanings ). If you look up a certain name, it will also list any variant forms or related names. They also have a feature where you can choose to search for similar names beginning or ending with the same grouping of letters (if you wanted to find another Ed- name to honor Edward or a name ending in -nor to honor Nora, things like that).
If you're looking for another form of a specific name -- Ian, Sean and Evan are all forms of John, for example -- you can try searching for names meaning "John" (the name itself). This works on sites where they don't automatically list derivatives, like on Behind the Name (which I think was already mentioned). On their site, just choose "meanings" from the drop-down search menu at the top of the page, then type "John" or whatever in the empty box beside it and click Go.
