Hello and good luck with ttc.

Many things come to mind for you-

1. Another long name with a short nn-

Emmaleigh & Gabriella - Emma & Gabi, Brie, Elly, Ella
Emmaleigh & Madeline- Emma & Maddie
Emmaleigh & Alexandra- Emma & Ally, Alex, Lexi, Alexa
Emmaleigh & Sophia- Emma & Sophie
Emmaleigh & Annabella- Emma & Anna, Annie, Bell, Bella

Emmaleigh & Benjamin- Emma & Ben
Emmaleigh & Nicholas- Emma & Nick
Emmaleigh & Andrew- Emma & Drew
Emmaleigh & Samuel- Emma & Sam
Emmaleigh & Nathaniel- Emma & Nate,Nathan
Emmaleigh & Alexander- Emma & Alex

2. If you truly want to simplify, you might go with a short name that goes with Emma-

Emma & Kate
Emma & Hope
Emma & Clare
Emma & Lily
Emma & Laney
Emma & Leah

Emma & Adam
Emma & Cade
Emma & Alec
Emma & Brent
Emma & Luke
Emma & Grant
Emma & Zane
Emma & Quinn

3. Or if it's the nn you are trying to avoid this time, the following names sound good with Emma-

Emma & Caroline
Emma & Charlotte
Emma & Amanda
Emma & Mallory
Emma & Jillian
Emma & Lauren

Emma & Justin
Emma & Caleb
Emma & Asher
Emma & Dawson
Emma & Spencer
Emma & Brennan

Check out www.ssa.gov for the most popular name by year.

Hope this helps!
Best wishes,

I must be really bad. I didn't even think about what my children's names sounded like together! I am going to sign off now because I am feeling all, "Oh, no, I screwed up!" Good luck, Emmaleigh's Mom.

I like a lot of the names. I really like Bella. Would it be okay to use Isabella instead of Annabelle or Annabella? Also, would Ashleigh be to close to Emmaleigh's name? Leigh(not spelled this way) is a family name so thats why we spelled Emma's name that way. And I LOVED it that way. Thanks!!

This is really hard! Harder than Emmaleigh because i got married at 18 and we already knew in HS that we wanted our girl to be named Emmaleigh. So we have always loved that.

Here are the girls names that i like:
Alexandra nn Alexa
Delaney nn Laney
Nichole nn Nikki( my husband lkies this one)
Julianna nn julia or julie
Danyella nn Ella

Boys:
Keegan
Hayden
Parker
Mason
Nicholas
Jordan
Dalton

To me, boys nick names are not the important, but I just have something with girls, that they have to have a nickname.

Thanks

my friend has a Christina and a Christain. So I think anything goes. Ashleigh is fun....so is Isabella. I think naming a child is so hard. I named mine Adessa and changed it when she was 4 months old. the accent is on the second syllable so it was said Udessa....blah! So I tossed the name and went with Brighton. I also have an Emily.

You said you are 25 on the teen board and on here you said you were married to kyle for 5 years on your first post then on the same post but post # 8 you said you have been married since you were 18 okay if I am wrong I will go take a math class! but doesn't 25- 18 = 7? And your a teacher? Now I know why my son is flunking math! LOL
