Hey! these are two names I really really like but Im too chicken to use:P -Lois- and
-Disne- Im afraid Lois is maybe to plain or outdated, but can't quit get over it. and Disne I really like but everone said it would make me seem like a walt Disney Fanatic which i am not. So I dunno! I was hoping you guys could help me out! Before you say no to the name though picture a cute little bubbly girl with the name, and then give me ur honest opinion! thanks! Kajsa.

Disne is to
I've never actually seen Disne, but assuming you're pronouncing it the same as Disney, that would definitely seem a too obvious reference to the company. I'd assume you looked at your child's DVD collection and thought "hmm ... that'd make a good name. I'll just drop the Y." LOL Along those same lines, I would expect a little girl named Disney to have siblings named Ariel, Jasmine and Minnie or something along those lines. If you're not a huge Walt Disney fanatic, as you mentioned, I'd avoid that one. Some similar names without the blatant product reference might include:
Daisy
Dacia
Daciana
Decima
Delaney
Daphne
I have nothing against Lois, although I do get the datedness. If you want something that doesn't seem so "plain and outdated," it's just a tiny step to Eloise or Louisa. You might also like Laoise, Lileas, Lucia, Lucille, Lucinda or even Lucy.

I think Lois is a very cute name.

I tried really hard to picture "a cute little bubbly girl with the name", but it's just not working for me. I strongly dislike both names. But here are a list of names to consider that I associate w/ a bubbly girl:
Lucy
Cleo
Giselle Grace/ Greta Giselle/ Gianna Gail nn Gigi
Celia Claire/ Carly Corinne/ Catherine Chloe nn Cece
Laurel nn Lulu
Henriette nn Hattie
Claire
Lily
Piper
Sorry, but Disne is truly awful. In addition to the whole Disney connection, it also reminds me of the word "dizzy," and I doubt I'll be the only one to make that connection. I picture tons of 5-year-olds christening her with Dizzy Disne on approximately the second day of Kindergarten. Plus, you may not have a cute, bubbly little girl. You may have a cute, introspective little girl, or a beautiful, shy little girl, or a cute, bookish little girl. I mean, Disne would be fine if she grew up to be a first-grade teacher, but what if she grows up to be a world-renowned heart surgeon or a Supreme Court Justice? Disne would not be so cute then.
Now Lois, I really like. It does have an old-fashioned sense to it, but that's popular now. It is pleasing aesthetically, I think, and it's easy to say and spell. I really like it. This one gets my vote. Lola may be a cute childhood nickname, if you're into that.
Edited to add that I love the earlier suggestion of Louisa! This one's one of my favorites.

Lois is a gorgeous name.
Good luck,

I'm really not too crazy about either name. Also, when I picture a cute bubbly baby girl, these are not the names I see in my head... to me, bubbly girls have names like Hillary and Tiffany...or maybe even Lucinda, Heather, Jerri-Anne, Daphne, Joy, Leslie, Sandy... something like that...
Lois is nice... I just don't associate it with "bubbly". To me, it sounds more like a name for someone studious, maybe even a little hard-nosed- but I mean that in a good way, more to mean that she can stand up for herself...
