I wrote 2 weeks ago with possible name ideas for a boy or a girl.
Well, we just found out yesterday that it is a GIRL!!

We are extremely excited! And it makes the name choices a little easier because we were having a tough time picking out a boy's name that we both liked.

So now we can focus on girls names!
Our top pick at the moment is Corrine (Cori), but Colleen (Lena) is still in the running.

Any suggestions for middle names? I am considering Joy after my grandmother (Her full name was Joycelyn ("Joyce-Lynn")). Both my grandmothers also had Louise for middle names.
So it may be nice to use a family name, but I'm still considering anything.

(Oh, and last name begins with K, and is 2 syllables).

Thanks!
Jenn

I love Corrine Joy, nn Cori! I had a friend growing up named Corinna, nn Cori and I just loved her name- she did too BTW. Cora would also be a good nn for Corrine, especially if Cori seems childish to her once she grows up and she wants to change it up a bit!

Thanks for the suggestions.

I really like Corinne Eloise!!
Not sure what DH thinks. When I suggested it, he brought back Jacqueline to the table as a first name.

He would also rather not use a family name as a mn.
Partly not to choose favorites I think, partly not to be restricted from using names we really like.

So I think Joy may be out as a mn.

Any other mn suggestions for Corinne or Jacqueline?

Thanks!
