I agree with the pp -- I like Noelle best a middle name, because it flows so well with so many names. Also, I do get a Christmassy vibe from it, so that might lessen the association.
That said, I think it's a really pretty name, and I think you could use it any time of the year.
I like the name and think its very pretty. I would caution that she will probably hear all her life, "Were you born around Christmas?" I have only known 1 Holly and 1 Noelle, and both were asked that when they met new people. (Both were born at the holiday) Besides that though, I just think its a very pretty name!

I know Noelle's born in multiple months. I also know a Septmeber, born in August and an April born in October.
It's a great name, use it.
