I like it a lot. It's one that has been growing on me recently. It's nms personally, but I like it for someone else's daughter. :-)

The only form of this name I've seen is Jace (if this is indeed pronounced the same), as a form of Jason (my husband's name), so to me this doesn't suit a girl in the least. Of course, I guess that all depends on the parents, because my 4-year-old did meet a little girl named Jasyn over the summer, and didn't believe her because she told her it was "her daddy's name" LOL (don't worry, she wasn't mean ... just surprised, to say the least).
