Cohen Jack is a really cute name :)
My favorite name on your list was Ali(as a nn. of course)
Some Ali names:
Alison/Allison/Allysen
Alyssa
Alana
Alice
Alia
Alliana
Talia
Alika
Kali (not pro. like Kaylee)
Analie/Analise(like annelise or annaleise)
Kaylynn
Adalie
hth/wdyt?
Love Mallory Elise-Here are some other suggestions:
Clarke Elizabeth
Berkley Elise
Bevinne
I like all of your names, but the only one of your husband's I like is Elliana. Taylee is remarkably cutesy, Hayden is still boy territory for me and Cruz isn't just male it's uber-masculine (like Lance or Rock or something). But Elliana is beautiful and gracious.
How about Allesandra as a given name for Ali?

Why not use Aliana and the nn Ali - get the sound of the name he likes with the nickname you like?
hth! good luck.
I like Danica, Mallory and Eliana best from your lists.
Hayden and Cruz are all boy to me, and Taylee is cute for a little girl but won't age well on an adult.
Ali looks like Muhammad Ali (AH-lee), I'd spell it Allie (AL-ee) as a nickname for Allison, Alyssa, etc.
AJ, enjoying life with C.

I'm not sure if anyone mentioned Alexandra, but that's another name that can be shortened to Ali.
