Congratulations on deciding on a name! I really like Phoebe Quinn with your other kids' names! Our families didn't like our second boy's name either, but they got used to it. Its not their child! LOL

I think Phoebe is cute - it's one of the extremely few older names that I like as I am in general not into the classic/traditional, older names - but I think Phoebe is cute - I'm not sure I think that Quinn is the right style for it however

your boys' first names are more on the trendy/ not-traditional side - although Scott has been popular for a few decades, it's still not old-fashioned or traditional - but your boys' middle names are both traditional/classic names - I think you should use a more traditional/classic - or at least NOT a unisex name - with Phoebe

here are my traditional/classic suggestions

Phoebe Alexandra, Phoebe Catherine, Phoebe Corinne, Phoebe Kathleen, Phoebe Suzanne

here are a few non-traditional that I think would work

Phoebe Katelyn (or Caitlin, Kaitlin, whichever spelling you like), Phoebe Nicole, Phoebe Michelle
