Here are my thoughts!
Luciliana Marie- The fn seems to be too much; I'd prefer just Lucia, Lucille, or Liliana; Marie is super boring to me
Ryan Thomas- OK, kind of plain
Romina Skye- I'd prefer Romy or Roma instead of Romina; Skye is OK I guess
Ava Colette- Nice combo (vs. another AVA GRACE) Colette is very nice.
Rebecca Francesca- I like both names, but the matching -ca endings bug me
Bianca Rose- I like Bianca; unless Rose has fam significance I think it's a major filler
Matthew David- OK, but I like David better
Paxton Rose- I'd prefer Paxton on a boy by a mile
Joseph Oliver- Oliver is great- I'd prefer it over Joseph
Vincent Russell- Cute
Miles Xavier- I like this! Xavier has really been growing on me lately.
Jason Tyler- Seems very 1990's to me
Sofia Laura- Don't love the double -a endings, but OK
Larissa Delphine- Ew, I don't like either of these names. Larissa seems very 80's
Adriana Blythe- Very nice and feminine
Campbell Lily- I don't like the flow of the two names; Lily seems like it's trying to force Campbell to be more soft and feminine, but it doesn't work
James Holden- Pretty nice- probably goes by Holden. I know so many little James ___ that go by mn!
Ryan David- OK
Anthony James- OK but boring to me
Braelyn Jasmine- NMSAA, I dislike Braelyn 100%
Daniella Audrey- Nice, but I'd prefer it spelled Daniela
Rodney Michael- A bid odd to see Rodney on a child; I'm not sure how I feel about this one.
Emma Brady- OK, I hope Brady is a family name
Caroline Julianne- Very pretty- but I might prefer mn to be Julianna to vary the sounds
Zelda Rachelle- Ick, Zelda just reminds me of Pet Cematery.
Rosabella Sue- Wow, these 2 names are the opposite of each other! Rosabella is very frilly while Sue is so plain and short! I'd prefer Rosalia Sue or even Rosa Sue much more.
Thanks for sharing the list- that was fun!
Liz
Thanks belle_petite for the siggy!
Luciliana Marie -- LOL I'm sure many will like this, but I immediately think of Lucky Luciano (the father of organized crime and all )
Ryan Thomas -- love Ryan, but a bit of a boring combo
Romina Skye -- Romina's fine (and Mina would be an adorable nn), but Skye's a bit juvenile
Ava Colette -- that's really nice
Rebecca Francesca -- either is nice on its own, but I wouldn't have paired them (too rhymey with the -a endings and triple syllables each)
Bianca Rose -- Bianca's not for me, but this is a really pretty combo for someone else
Matthew David -- boring
Paxton Rose -- Paxton strikes me as very masculine
Joseph Oliver -- Joseph's not for me either, but this is a nice combo. Love Oliver. ;)
Vincent Russell -- I like that
Miles Xavier -- if they're going for the EX-avier pronunciation, this is nice. If it's "Zavier" it blurs with the end of Miles too much for me.
Jason Tyler -- sounds like he was born in 1980, although I do like Jason (dh would kill me if I didn't LOL)
Sofia Laura -- Sofia Loren, anyone? Actually, I WOULD prefer Sofia Lauren ... obviously I really don't like those double "a" endings
Larissa Delphine -- Larissa's fine, though not my favorite, but Delphine redeems it. I like that quite a bit.
Adriana Blythe -- I love this if they use the "ahd" beginning pronunciation. That's really pretty.
Campbell Lily -- four out of five letters in a row are Ls ... did they really think that would sound good? LOL Wonder how many times they've accidentally slurred it to Campbelly ROFL
James Holden -- that's striking (although I wouldn't reverse the two hehe)
Ryan David -- again, love Ryan, but the combo's a bit boring (I do prefer Ryan David to Ryan Thomas for some reason, however)
Anthony James -- so overdone for me
Braelyn Jasmine -- does Braelyn count as a name now? Sounds like something a horse does. Braelyn Jasmine doesn't sound good together at all.
Daniella Audrey -- Daniella is pretty, and Audrey is wonderful, but they're not the best together (hard to say is all)
Rodney Michael -- on first glance I thought this said Rodney Mitchell, and I have to say I like "my" combo better ;)
Emma Brady -- I'm guessing Brady is a family name here. If so, it works. I do prefer it to Emma Grace (how many of those do you see in full? LOL) or the gag-me Emma Leigh
Caroline Julianne -- Caroline Julia would work better for me, but still nice
Zelda Rachelle -- Zelda is cool, video game association aside, but Rachelle's kind of rhymey with it
Rosabella Sue -- Ok, this is just an odd combo. ;) The -bella names are nms to begin with (although I LOVE most Rose/a names), then you throw Sue into the mix ... just odd to me.

Rebecca Francesca-Rebecca is nms, but I sure do like Francesca.

Matthew David-I love that.
Paxton Rose-No.
Joseph Oliver-I love that.
Vincent Russell-I like Vincent.
Miles Xavier-That's very nice.
Jason Tyler-That's okay. I like Tyler.
Sofia Laura-Pretty.
Larissa Delphine-That's nms, but interesting.
Adriana Blythe-That's okay. I do like Blythe.
Campbell Lily-I love Lily, but Campbell is nms for a girl.
James Holden-Ooh, dashing.
Ryan David-That's fine.
Anthony James-That's fine.
Braelyn Jasmine-I don't even understand this.
Daniella Audrey-That's okay.
Rodney Michael-Rodney is nms.
Emma Brady-I like Emma.
