Thanks belle_petite for the siggy!
I like Preston the best of the three.
It is close between Preston and Andrew for me. Brayden is way too popular and I am just tired of all the -aden names. Preston and Andrew have a really different feel though. Andrew is nice, but Andrew James is a fairly common name. If you went with Andrew, I think I would prefer it with a more unique mn, but that's just me, and if James has any significance, I would stick with it. But if it is just a name you like, I might consider something like Andrew Josiah, Andrew Calder, or Andrew Beckett. Just because Andrew is a fairly common name. Preston is nice, I don't know which I prefer. It depends if the popularity of Andrew would bother you I guess. If you go with Andrew James, you could always call him A.J. or Drew, both of which aren't as common.

These all have very different feels to me, so it really depends on what you're going for.
Preston James -- this strikes me as a bit Southern, possibly coming from money or trying to sound like you are (if that makes sense). Very Britney Spears, as well. The association may not bother you, but you should be aware of it, especially since this will be many people's only point of reference when they first hear the name (oh, you mean like Sean Preston, Britney's baby!).
Brayden James -- this one has a much more Irish feel, obviously, and while I have nothing against the name at all (I actually liked it quite a bit a few years back), it does fall into the Aidan names trend ... and quite frankly, it's getting out of hand (Bladen, Drayden, Zayden, etc.). LOL Still, it's a nice name with a pretty cool history, so if you love it, don't let popularity stop you. For the record, however, Braden is the correct and least trendy spelling. Adding the Y in there just adds to the trendiness, KWIM? I'd definitely stick with the Braden spelling.
Andrew James -- these work well together (very nicely paired). I've always had a soft spot for Andrew, and he'd have pleny of nn options if he wanted (Andy, Drew, AJ, etc.). More classic/traditional than your other choices, however.
You mentioned that this will be your first boy. Does that mean you also have a dd? If so, knowing her name would definitely help in choosing a name for her brother. ;)
