I have friends with children with those names (1st only) and they are switched the boy is Tate and the Girl is Reece. I like it better this way but your baby your decision.
I am very surprised to see Tate for a girl! I really don't see it as a girls name, especially considering your other DD's names. What about Tatum, nn Tate or Tess as more feminine alternatives? Tatum Elisabeth would be lovely!
Reece James is all right for me; I much prefer the Rhys spelling on boys, as I see both Reece and Reese more these days for girls. Rhys is pronounce the same as Reece.
sorry, I don't like Tate for a girl at all, wouldn't even like it as a first name on a boy
Reece is OK, it's unisex, and Reece James is too choppy - two one-sylllable names never sound right together
I think Tatum Elizabeth (with the Z in Elizabeth) would be cute
Reece is OK, like I said, unisex though, but it needs a different middle - if you really need the James in the middle, then it needs to be at least a 2-syllable first

HI and Congrats on #4!
Not to offend your DH, but I do not like his choices!
Tate is a boys name and way too masculine for a sweet girl.
Reece is just nmsaa.
