I am generally not a fan of names that are long and have a lot of vowels, so it's not really my style. I like both May and Anna separately, though. I think they could work as first and middle.
Honestly, Mayanna makes me think of the Mayans...so, not so much. Elizabeth makes for a lovely, flexible middle name, though.
And Rylan is okay (not my style, but okay.) But Rylan Ronnie...honestly sounds a little backwoods. I'd go with the full Ronald and skip the nickname-style. (I'm finding it hard to imagine "do you, Rylan Ronnie Fillintheblank, take this woman to be your lawfully wedded wife." I use the Big Serious Events test when choosing middle names...graduations, weddings, swearing in as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court...and I'm not sure this one passes.)
Rylan is cute for a boy.
AJ, enjoying life with C.

Mayanna doesn't appeal to me but I agree with Dr. Kae - I like both May and Anna.
