I voted that I like it but I actually love it! Prefer it spelled Aliana with nn Ali though. If you want to use the Ally spelling you could spell it Allyanna, Alyanna, Alyana, Allyana, as well. Other full names for Ally:
Allyson
Alexandria/Alexandra
Allyssa
Allysha
Allysa
Allyse
Allysanne
Allysanna
Allyce/Allys
I voted "It's ok" but did like the pp's suggestion of the Aliana spelling quite a bit more. IMO, it's more visually appealing, avoids the obvious similarity to Arianna (which is pretty popular it seems) and is a more fitting spelling for the ali-ah-na pronunciation (whereas Alianna might get ali-ann-a a lot, KWIM?). I also think simply shortening the actual name to get the nn Ali looks nicer, but Ally would be fine as well. No difference, really, other than appearance. ;)

I don't like the name Alianna, although I do prefer it to Aliana. I see Alianna as 'alli-ann-ah' and Aliana as 'alli-on-ah'. I love the name Ally though, why not name her that?
Terra.
I think Alianna is too close to the more familiar Eliana, and she will be forever correcting people. Also, if you're going for the ah-na pronunciation (vs. anna), I'd spell it Aliana. It's not a bad name, but it sounds made up to me.
