Lots of nice names. I would change the spelling from the boys' Adrian to Adrienne (or Adrianna, I really like that one) and not use Ryan. I don't like the boys-names-for-girls trend. Likewise, Taylor is nms (I know, it crossed over a long time ago, but still).

Kiera Elizabeth is my favorite (it's on my list as Kira Elizabeth) but I also love

Adrienne Eve
Adrianna Lynn
Kayleigh Elizabeth
Lacey Elizabeth
Lydia Evelyn (go ahead, use it all! :) It's a great name)
Natasha Eve
Natasha Evelyn
Sophia Elizabeth or Evelyn
Vanessa Eve

HTH!

Lynette

I like Natasha and Vanessa because they are both uncommon and have a sophisticated, yet approachable feel

AJ, enjoying life with C.

thankyou for the detailed reply, the only reason I am leaning to Ryan as the middle name is because that is my Brothers name and my brother is my best friend in the world and with this being our last baby more than likely there will be no chance of a boy to use

Adrienne -- Love this. I think it's so pretty, and I don't hear it very often.

Chloe -- Cute, but common. I hear this a lot.

Kayleigh -- I don't like this at all. It look cutesy and juvenile.

Kelsey -- I've always loved Kelsey. I think it has the "cute" vibe that Kayleigh has without being juvenile.

Kiera -- Okay. I hear this and similar names (Kira, Kiley, etc) a lot.

Lacey -- Another name that seems too "cutesy" to me. I have a hard time envisioning a cardiologist or an investment banker named Lacey.

Lydia -- LOVE this. So pretty and classic and timeless. This is one I don't hear nearly as often, so it also seems refreshing.

Natasha -- Pretty. I'm not WILD about it, but it's nice.

Sophia -- So, so popular. I once loved this name, now I'm so sick of it. :(

Taylor -- Unless this is a family name for you, it just feels trendy to me.

Vanessa -- Nice. Refreshing, because I can't remember the last time I met a Vanessa. Not a favorite of mine, but I like it.

My favorites are definitely Adrienne, Kelsey and Lydia.

Middle names

Eve -- Pretty
Lynne -- This seems like a filler mn. If you want to honor your grandmother, I'd use Eve over Lynne.
Ryan -- Knowing your reason behind this, I absolutely love it. Also, I quite like this as a middle name for either gender because Ryan is a popular Irish surname. I know quite a few girls named Ryan, and I love the way it sounds paired with a feminine first name.

Kelsey Ryan and Lydia Ryan are my favorite combinations.

Good luck!
