I have a DD named Sabine (sounds like Sabina)

I am pregy with #2 and trying to think of good names - we are not going to find out the sex and so I need to go prepared with both girl and boy names.

For a boy we love the name Oscar, but are open to others.

for a girl - all I can come up with is Eden.

for some reason it is really growing on me.

Eden and Sabine....what do you think?

I'm not fond of Oscar. But, I love Eden and Sabine! My dd is Sabrina, so similar to yours! Eden is a very pretty name, it is a bit shorter than Sabine. Maybe it would be better as a middle name with a longer first?? Just my opinion. Here are some suggestions:

Sofia Eden

Serenity Eden

Tabitha Eden

Annika Eden

Nevaeh Eden (Heaven backwards)

Bethany Eden

Bianca Eden

Charisma Eden

Charity Eden

Danika Eden

Emberly Eden

Jillian Eden

Harmony Eden

Sabella Eden

Yasmine Eden

Lorelei Eden

Linnea Eden

Magdalyn Eden

Mariska Eden

Maritza Eden

Mireya Eden

Mariah Eden

Oriana Eden

Pandora Eden

Ravenna Eden

Roxane Eden

Roxana Eden

Renata Eden

Renate Eden

Sasha Eden

Taneya Eden

Sienna Eden

Xaviere Eden

Zariah Eden

I think if you like the name Eden, then go for it! It's a beautiful name. Oscar and Sabine go very well together, I think--better than Eden and Sabine, but I think both names are fine. I love Oscar, though! I'd consider using the name myself, but I loved the name so much that I named my dog Oscar long before I met my husband or even considered having kids. So now I can't give my child the same name I've already given my dog! LOL (Not that Oscar in any way sounds like a dog's name. It doesn't. It's just a name I like and wanted to use.)

Eden and Sabine are FANTASTIC together!! For a boy, I think Oscar works with Sabine, though Oscar is not one of my favorites. Maybe Luke?

Good luck!!

Personally I dont like the name oscar because it reminds me of oscar the grouch. But I think Eden is really pretty. Oscar just sounds like a name that kids would make fun of

I love Oscar with Sabine. I like the spelling Oskar also. I love the name Eden but unfortunately I just don't care for it paired with sister Sabine. Hopefully, you live in a place where everyone knows how to pronounce Sabine, but unfortunately here in Texas I think that most people are unfamiliar with the name and pronounce it "Sah-BEAN" and somehow (I could be crazy) I think that sisters Sabine and Eden would make people all the more likely to pronounce Sabine incorrectly. Of course I may be crazy and pay no attention to me if you live someplace cool that the majority of people know it's like "Sah-BEAN-uh" not "Sah-BEAN" ;-)

I like Ali's suggestions below, too:

Tabitha Eden

Annika Eden

Jillian Eden

Lorelei Eden

Mariska Eden

Sasha Eden (I love this spelled Sascha for girls, so cute with Sabine if you don't mind having two S names)

Sienna Eden would be so gorgeous but I just think it's too similar to Sabine. HTH!

I love Eden. It's been in my top 10 for a while now. :) And I think it sounds just fine with Sabine. I'm not so crazy about Oscar, though.
