What do you think of these 4 names?

Hi everyone.... I would love any of your opinions on these names..
This will be our first and if its a boy it will be Brandon Thomas (dh's middle name and my dads name) But for girls we are sooooo torn.. So what do you think.
I know some are trendy, but we live in a really small town in Colorado and there tends not to be many of these names. Is there one that really sticks out to you?
Avery
Madison
Maggie
Kaiya
Dh's grandmothers name was Rose and my grandmothers name is Lily so it would be great if we could fit one of those names as a middle..

My first thought when I saw you like both Madison and the nn Maggie was that you could use something like Magdalene, Magdalena, Magdala, Morgan or Morrigan, nn Maggie. ;) Kind of a two-for-one.
As to the names listed:
Avery -- one of the masculine names that doesn't bother me on a girl. I think it's nice, but I don't absolutely love it (although it is still refreshing on a boy, but I seem to hear it on girls daily, so it's getting old, KWIM?)
Madison -- ditto Avery, times about a hundred. This one was old when I named my five-year-old (sorry, I know you said trendiness wasn't an issue where you live, but this is pretty much the epitome of that particular trend)
Maggie -- really, truely, LOVE the nn Maggie. It's sweet and adorable ... perfect for a little girl. Really dislike it as a given name, however. Even if you don't plan on using the formal name very often, it's nice for her to at least have the option.
Kaiya -- I'm not really sure what this is. Kay-a? Ki-a (long "i")? Ka-ee-a? It would seem you have an extra vowel in here somewhere. Assuming it's one of the first two pronunciations, I'd stick with either Kaya or Kaia to clarify/simplify it. Or if you want something similar, maybe Kyla.
FWIW, Rose or Lily are pretty common mns at the moment, but that's mainly because they are lovely and tend to work well with most fns, so you're in luck there. ;)

Yes, all very popular names.
I think any of the names will work for you...
Avery Rose, Averianne Lily, Avery Rosalie( kinda ties both in the mn) or Ava Rose nn Avery
Madison Rose, Madison Lily also like Maradyn Rose, Melanie Rose, Meredith Rose
Maggie - I'd prefer Margaret or Megan nn Maggie - Margaret Rose, Margaret Lily, Margaret Lillian. Megan Rosalie, Megan Lilith
Kaiya - different, but is also pretty

I LOVE the Avery. If my little bundle had been a girl that would be on the top of list. I think Avery Rose is very pretty and sweet. I also love Ava for a short for Avery.
Amy
I'd say that trendy or not, you want the name to be worthwhile.
Maggie - give her the "long version", let her shorten it if she likes (and/or use the nn yourself)
Kaiya - apropos of? I've never heard of it before...
Avery - does seem like a boys name, but could work well; I'd suggest passing on Lily to avoid the rhyme.
Madison - sure, everyone in Boston/NY/DC/SF/LA is named Madison (among her cohort), but if it's not too common where you are, she won't suffer from being Madison Q., and so it won't be a problem.
I'd go with Madison, among the choices.
