What goes with these middle names?

My second child is due in two months. We know the middle names we'll use for a boy or a girl (grandparents' names), but can't figure out how to incorporate them with a first name. We have got ______ Lutz for a boy and _______ Gunda for a girl. Last name starts with A, so we are trying to avoid first names that start with that. Our daughter's name is Katharine Moira. She goes by Katie. We are thinking something equally tradiational may be best for this one, too? Do you have any advice?

BOY
Katherine Moira and Isaac Lutz
Katherine Moira and August (nn Gus) Lutz
Katherine Moira and Jameson (nn James or Jamie) Lutz
Katherine Moira and Lucas Lutz
Katherine Moira and Nathan(iel) Lutz
GIRL
Katherine Moira and Eleanor Gunda (nn Nora)
Katherine Moira and Julianna Gunda (nn Annie)
Katherine Moira and Elizabeth Gunda (nn Elle/Beth)
Katherine Moira and Amelia Gunda (nn Mimi/Mia)
Katherine Moira and Rhoslyn Gunda
Possible combos:
Boys:
Dominic Lutz
Jeremy Lutz
Benjamin Lutz
Sebastian Lutz
Gregory Lutz
Samuel Lutz
Austin Lutz
Patrick Lutz
Keiran Lutz
Harrison Lutz
<
Jackson "Triple" Lutz (JLA)
David Lutz (DLA)
Thomas Lutz (TLA)
For your daughter, so many letters you may wish to limit if you want to do monogramming on sweaters. I grew up with a middle name that started an A. It really plays havoc on your preppy persona. My sister was cAm for awhile.
Caryn Gunda
Elise Gunda
Madeleine Gunda
