My friend just found out she's pregnant. It's too soon to know the baby's sex but I'd love to get some ideas to pass along to her. Their last name is LIBERTY, which I think is awesome. What cool first names would fit well with their ln?

This leaves a lot of names, here are few for each sex:

Girls:

Delilah Liberty
Caroline Liberty
Brooke Liberty
Paige Liberty
Margaret Liberty
Andrea/Audrina Liberty
Annika Liberty
Anneliese Liberty
Taylor Liberty
Elizabeth Liberty
Landry Liberty
Payton Liberty ***
Jordan Liberty
Amelia Liberty
Davaney Liberty

Boys:

Trenton Liberty
Walker Liberty
Owen Liberty
Keegan Liberty
Colton Liberty
Case Liberty
Rowan Liberty
Ericson Liberty
Evan Liberty
Nathan Liberty
Wyatt Liberty
William Liberty

I left out mn's so she can add in family names if possible, but since I don't now her style I tried to mix it up a bit. Let me know if there are any she likes, and I can add more with a similar style.

Congratulations to your friend!

I'm not sure of her style, so what I think will be most helpful is to suggest some general guidelines, given her last name:

The best choice would probably be:

1. Nothing that ends in -y to go with Liberty- Ex. of a "bad" choice - Delaney Liberty, Emily Liberty, Tiffany Liberty

2. One, two or four syllables will flow best since Liberty is three syllables. Varying the no. of syllables usually has the best flow. Paige Liberty, Anna Liberty, etc. is better than Danica Liberty.

3. Nothing ending in an L- sound. It's best not to run the same sound into each other- Ex. of a "bad" choice-

Rachel Liberty, Emily Liberty, Caroline Liberty, Charlotte Liberty

4. Liberty is a neat last name. It seems like old sophistication. I wouldn't play up the freedom aspect. That would seem cutesy. No nouns, places, etc. since Liberty is such a strongly-associated noun.

*** These are just basic guidelines. Of course, there are exceptions, but this may help her narrow the field of choices.

A few names I like with it:

Traditional names-

Sarah Liberty

Kate Liberty

Clare Liberty

Andrew Liberty

James Liberty

Joseph Liberty

Erik Liberty
