I know a lot of people don't like virtue names, but I do as first names (they have become filler mn's, IMO). I don't think you can go wrong with either Grace or Faith, but since Faith is a little less common I voted for it.

With either name, I think a longer middle name is needed to balance out the 1-syllable first name. If you don't have any family names you could use, what about:

Grace Alexandria or Faith Alexandria
Grace Victoria or Faith Victoria
Grace Adelaide or Faith Adelaide
Grace Naomi or Faith Naomi
Grace Lillian or Faith Lillian
Grace Katherine or Faith Katherine
Grace Leonora or Faith Leonora
Grace Rebecca or Faith Rebecca

WDYT?

I think that Grace will age better. I have made mn suggestions before but here they are again. Did you decide against the double name? Perhaps your maiden name, or the name of a special friend, relative, or other person whom you admire would make a good middle name.

Grace Ann/Anne** this is my favorite
Grace Joy
Grace Marie
Grace Mara - this is kind of cool!
Grace Rose

I also like: Grace Elizabeth, nn Gracie Beth - too cute :)

Other mn:
Rebecca
Aurora
Sophia
Beatrix/Beatrice
Brianne
Kathleen
Caroline
Evelyn* I like this combo
Jocelyn
Margaret
Rosalie/Rosalind/Rosalyn/Rosaline* Also very pretty

Grace seems classy to me (even though it is popular) whereas Faith seems more along the lines of other word names such as Destiny, Winter, Summer, etc.

Grace Charlotte

Grace Josephine

Grace Emmeline

Grace Fiona

Grace Ariana

Grace Adrianna

Grace Aubrey

Grace Lindsay

Grace Nicola

Grace Marina

Grace Mariana

Grace Sophia

I would go with a long mn... it is hard to pair up with!

Thank you for your suggestions. I would like a double name but I can't seem to find one that is it, kwim? I do like Grace Ann but we have a relative (anna) and wouldn't want to name her after her. I just find Grace a hard name to pair up w/ a mn. The only one that I seem to lean towards is Grace Vivien. I like Grace Evelyn as well. I really like Gracie Beth but again Elizabeth is a family name that we would not want to honor. We could use Grace as mn but use that as her name, but that is super popular right now. My DH and I both go by fn so we are not huge fans of using mn like that. Any more suggestions?
Thanks so much!

Hmm...I liked a lot of Jazz's suggestions for a double name. I think that you like names that have an "N" sounding ending - Vivine and Evelyn. Here are some more along those lines:

Madelyn
Vivianne
Lillian
Louisa* not an "N" but seemed to work
Rosalyn
Caitlin
Valentine
Tamsin/Tamsyn - this is one of the fem version of Thomas - kind of different...
Tierney
Carmen
Catherine

I like both Gracie Belle and Gracie Mae. However, DH won't use Mae b/c that is grandmother's name and he won't honor her. However, we have always tossed around using Day somehow. Any suggestions on a name that we could use Gracie Day? Our last name ends w/ a N so even though I like Vivien and Evelyn - I worry about the double N sound.

Thanks so much for your help!!!
