I think Noah goes beautifully with your other names. :)

I really like Josiah! I'd avoid Asher, personally I don't like the similar -er endings. Owen and Noah are fine.

With brothers James Kinsley and Ezra Andrew:

Owen Connell Pounder -- this *almost* seems a nice balance between the very-popular, classic James and not-quite-as-common Ezra, but you might also consider some less-popular/trendy forms (or related names). Ewan/Euan, if having two with E names doesn't concern you, or possibly something like Hugh or Hugues.

Asher Connell Pounder -- this would be perfect if it wasn't for the repeating -er sounds in Asher Pounder (assuming, of course, Pounder is the ln). Excepting that, it fits in wonderfully with James and Ezra and is a nice balance where popularity is concerned.

Noah Connell Pounder -- this is my least favorite here. It works well as a brother to James and Ezra as far as style goes, but it's a bit TOO obvious/expected, since Noah seems to be the new Jacob. Nearly every religious family I know that's had a son in the past two years has named him Noah (not to mention all the girl Noas). Definitely one you may want to avoid if you didn't want an overly-popular name.

Josiah Connell Pounder -- this one's good in theory (again, if matching initials won't bother you), but it's rising fast along with many other J names (especially J names with a prominent S sound, apparently ). Nearly a full third of my dd's kindergarten class is composed of children with J names ... including Joshua, Joshuana, Jessica, Jacy, Jarred and, yes, Josiah.

Some others you might like with James and Ezra (some relatively popular):

Levi
Elias
Elijah
Elliott
Gariel/Gabe
Lucas/Luke
Aaron
Abram/Bram
Amos
Felix
Dexter
Dax
Micah
Moses
Caleb
Calvin
Cyrus
Silas
Simeon/Simon
Isaac
Matthias
Matteo
Saul
Solomon
Sullivan/Sull(y)
Phineas/Finn
Titus
Tobias
Reuben
Rufus
Joash (perhaps an alternative to Asher, without the -er problem)

HTH ;)

I almost voted for Asher but when I said the names out loud, Asher and Ezra really sound similar.
