To be honest, neither "names" look like names- they just look like a random arrangement of letters. I couldn't vote.

I'm not sure... How in the world are these names pronounced?

I couldn't vote either. They don't look like names.

I couldn't vote either, because I'm not familiar with these "names" so to me they just look like random letters. Obviously, I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt that they could be foreign names I simply haven't heard, but without knowing the origin or how they're pronounced it's hard to judge.

Alaye looks like a creative spelling of the Spanish word "Ole!" It's also a nearly-literal spelling of the phrase "a lay," which is obviously less-than-ideal for any innocent little girl. I wouldn't burden her with it. If this is a made-up name you simply thought sounded nice, there are plenty of names with similar sounds you might like just as much:

Alanna(h)
Aileen/Eileen
Alaina
Alena
Aliyah/Alea
Elain(e)/Elena
Aella
Ayla/Aila
Elea/Eleanor
Eliana
Eliora
Eula
Liora

Just a few examples! :)

Nyshae looks part of the "add a random prefix to any established name in an attempt to make it different" trend. Shea is a very nice name. Even Shae or Shay(e) would be fine. But Nyshae looks very low-class/uneducated at first glance. Some other suggestions:

Naoise (nee-sha)
Neasa/Nessa
Nathaira/Nathara
Nisha
Nousha
Chandra (shan-dra)
Chara (shar-a)
Charla
Charlize

Do you pronounce them Uh-lay and nye-shay? It might be difficult for some people to pronounce. I'm a teacher and have to deal with this kind of issue often. I think it would depend on which one goes best with your last name.
