Have you noticed how men are just as picky if not more when naming our future children?

lol that's so funny.
I don't mind though, just as long as I get my Teagan.. lol- the rest he can choose.
I hear ya on the picky thing. My fiance and I aren't quite ready to start picking names for real, but we're already at odds. I think picking the perfect name for a child is very important. I've always thought a lot about all of the consequences and benefits of a name. When it actually comes time for me to narrow it down, I will take into account how this will affect the child's life. However, my fiance is dead set on using either his name or his father's name if we have a boy. He is always telling me how important it is to him for a child to carry on family names. The problem is that I really dislike Juniors, and I'm not fond of his father's name. I hope to use family names for middle names, but I think a baby should have his own individual name. It's really hard to tell him that I don't want our baby named after him. He takes it personally. It may just be a ploy to get me to agree with him. But we both feel strongly on the subject, so I'm dreading the day we actually have to agree on a name!
