I love the name Kennedy Raye. I think it would be a beautiful name for a girl. Do you think it sounds too boyish? Would there be any "girlier" spellings that you could suggest???

I really like Kennedy for a girl. Very cute! I don't like changing spellings to make the name more feminine. I like it just as it is.

I wouldn't change the spelling of Kennedy, but Rae might be a little more feminine for the mn.

The combo is a little boyish but not too bad. If that bothers you, you could use a more feminine mn. If you really love the name, go for it.

Kennedy is nms, but not awful. I do think it is a bit boyish with the mn Raye, a more feminine mn would help: Kennedy Rachel, Kennedy Rose. Or possibly a more feminine mn if Raye is important to you: Kristin Raye, Kendra Raye.

I like Kennedy for a girl but apparently it's used on both. I would prefer the spelling Kennedy Rae.

Kennedy is a great name for a girl! I agree with the other ladies, though, with maybe changing the spelling of the mn to Rae or hey, what about Rai? Lil' different. Good luck :)

I love Kennedy for a girl! Although I would use a more girly middle name. Kennedy Grace would be nice!

If someone said "Kennedy Raye" out loud they could easily mistake it for a boy. How about Kennedy Renae? I like Kennedy for a girl but you need the mn to distinguish it as feminine.

I LOVE the name Kennedy and I think that you have a lovely choice. I personally do not know of any boy Kennedy's and think of this only as a girl name. So, I would spell it the way you have listed it, then again I am not a fan of different spellings..

I have a soft spot for Kennedy. It's not normally a name I would like, but something about it appeals to me. I would beg you not to change the spelling. Raye is...eh. Just okay to me. I agree that the combination sounds very unisex, leaning toward boy. That doesn't bother me, but if it bothers you, you might want to consider a similar but more feminine name. The others have suggested some nice alternatives. I really like Kennedy Shae and Kennedy Quinn, which are still very unisex, but are similar in style if you are still looking. If you really like Raye, I'd use the Rae spelling, I think that's the most clearly feminine.

Good luck!
