We are having a hyphenated surname, but at school will just use the last half of the name, if it’s a boy we will use his as the last name, if a girl, we will use mine, which is Laurenne loh-REN. I'm often complimented on my own name which is a classical, because it sounds quite elegant (which is why i kept my own surname!), people always comment on it, and i'd like my child to get the same reaction

Out of your choices, I would for sure pick Aurelia. ALthough I noticed that your pronounciation is different that what I know....Ah-ree-leah. I have only known 1 girl with that name and she is beautiful, smart, and sassy. (I say she's a girl, but I think she is in her mid 20's now!)
Theresa
You definitely have a unique style regarding names!
Here are my favorites:
Verity
Celestine
Aurelia
Aranwen
I like Theadore; however, it looks too much like Theodore to me and I'm afraid it would be pronounced that way. How about Theodora instead?
Regarding Heaven and Angel getting the "it sounds like a stripper" more than Eden, I'd say it's probably because I've seen more advertisements for strippers with those names. Eden to me is pretty - it doesn't sound stripperish, but more romance novel heroine.
It was very hard going for me as the majority of the names are just NMS.
I don't mind: Eden and Celestine. I knew a girl growing up who went by the name Celeste but her full name was Celestial.
I also quite like Evangeline Laurenne.

OK, I'm going to try and go at this with a totally open mind.
Vocab--ummm, are you serious? As in vocab, short for vocabulary, as in "kid's please get your vocab homework out" ??
Tigerlily--better left as Peter Pan's fictional friend
Amethyst--it's my favorite gemstone.
River*-- I like it on a boy (River Phoenix)
Winter*--JMO, it's better left as a seaon
Heaven--JMO, its better left as the place hopefully we all go to after we die. or as a profitable stripper's name.
Lux*--I think I already commented on this one on your other post.
Crimson*--for a girl?? like the "crimson flow". Please, dont name your dd after the "monthly girl" time. or the Alabama Crimson Tide.
Tiger*--JMO, better left as an animal
Willow--ok, this one is at least a name. I say yes for this one.
Verity--I have never heard this before, I almost want to look it up in the dictionary
Serenity--again, nice stripper name, maybe not so nice for a nice little girl
Eternity*--Calvin Klein cologne
Evanesce-- goth rock band
Lilas*--not too bad, comparatively speaking.
Blaise/Laise*--boy name
Eden--YES!!! GORGOUS!!! BEAUTIFUL!!!
Ember*--I like Amber slightly better.
Angel*--better left as jobs for dudes in halo's and wings. oh yeah, and strippers.
Chandramaya shahn-dra-MY-a--I like these names separately. Chandra or Mya. I'm not so sure together.
Luca loo-ka--boy name
Aranwen – a-RAHN-wen--very nice celtic name
Finnavair --maybe a little too much
Gwenaveth--not too bad again comparatively speaking
Taiyba tay-ba--I like Tabitha
Chandis--sounds like a chant
Zakira*--I like Zaira, which is an Irish/celtic name form of Sarah means princess
And, sorry, but I can't really comment on your classical names because they aren't classical names to me. Names like Sarah and Charlotte, Adele, Ada, etc... those are "classical" names. You do have a very unique naming style, but please think about how your child will grow up among its peers and one day will have to interview and hold a job. You will want a name that will come across as professional (in a non-exotic dancer kind of way). It may be sad, but people do get judged based on names as much as appearances as far as job opportunites go. The job market is competitive enough without adding an extra challenge for our kids to overcome. JMO :)
