Lovely. I love Lila as a stand alone name, but Delilah is pretty and refreshing, although I am sure that there are some who won't be able to get past the Samson and Deliliah reference. I also think that Delia is a great choice as well.

LOVE IT!!!

This is my favorite name of all time. I have wanted to name my daughter Delilah for as long as I can remember. Unfortunately, DH doesnt feel the same :(

Pretty much everyone I have run this name by says it sounds like a stripper or a tramp. Probably doesnt help that there is a strip club near where I live called Delilah's Den.

So I dont know, I love it but I am not using it. It just brings up negative conontations for too many people.

I'm one of the ones who can't get past the Biblical villain aspect of the name.
